I'm Chenxi, a Somatic thearapist / educator & dreamworker*
I help people who have long felt stuck in trauma, chronic pain, or inner conflict reconnect with the body, so that frozen energy can begin to move toward action, expression, and creation.I believe that within shadow, pain, and stuckness, there is life force waiting to be released.Grounded in somatic methods and Jungian dreamwork, I work through the meeting place of body, dreams, voice, and attention, listening for the thread that feels most alive and most available for transformation in each individual.
*also a poet, linguist, entrepreneur, alchemist, puzzle lover, printmaker, and a member of the Society of Sensation from Planescape: Torment.
